Customized product for the aluminum step.
The dimension (L*W*H) is 638mm*169mm*50mm. The Aluminum thickness is 6.35mm.
It is made by 125 ton stamping machine.
Also, we can make the welding for the aluminum part.
ACRO design the tooling / dies per customer drawing, make the toolings / dies in our own workshop, then make the production.
We can provide the support in the manufacturing feasibility analysis processs and modify the toolings per the customer requirement or production usage purpose.
